The September 12th, 2022 monthly HARC meeting was held at the Agape House and called to order by Anna at 19:01.

The July 2022 meeting minutes and Treasurer’s Report were distributed via email by J. Kelso on 09/07/2022.
A motion was made by KE7YX to adopt the July meeting minutes as presented. Seconded by W7OLI. Motion passed.
The August 2022 Secretary/Treasurer’s Report was read by Jeff K.
Dennis McKenry gave a solar report to the membership.
Ongoing Business
- The AWS grant that the club applied for was awarded to the club a couple of weeks ago. We need a photo of the club (which was taken at this meeting) and a written statement to submit to Amazon in order to receive the first amount of funding. Sam made a motion that the people who spoke with the hospital decide which major components to purchase and then the club members come together to decide which little bits and pieces need to be purchased to match the setup at Good Shepherd, should their grant be awarded by the GSHC Foundation. Seconded by W7JJK. Motion passed.
2. Don’s (AA7DD) daughter asked for an update on his estate’s equipment and Anna told her that Whitley and Anna are still working on putting together a price for the club to use to purchase the equipment. Anna also offered to allow the equipment to go back to the daughter, but she declined.
New Business
- The HARC breakfast will be held this Saturday (9/17/2022) at Rayz Dayz at 8AM.
- The Willamette Valley DX Club has reached out to HARC via email to invite our members to their next meeting via Zoom. W7JJK forwarded the email to the club email list in case there is any interest amongst the membership.
- Anna thanked Ian for continuing to put on the Training Net.
- Dennis announced that his preliminary club inventory has been completed and he hopes to have it finalized by the next meeting.
