The March 8th, 2021 monthly HARC meeting was held on the air due to the Agape House being unavailable while it was being painted. The meeting was called to order by KD7VX at approximately 19:11. The meeting was recorded by KI7CUS. W7JJK was not in attendance due to a work obligation.

February 2021 meeting minutes were read by Dennis. Minutes were not voted upon for adoption.
Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s Report was read at the meeting by KI7CUS. Ending balance was $2,879.56.
Ongoing Business
1. Training nets have been happening on the .78 repeater after the regular Monday night HARC nets.
New Business
- This month’s test session will be held at AA7DD’s house unless more people sign up to take the test from the Hermiston area.
- KI7CUS said that unless the state guidelines change, the Club breakfast won’t happen this month due to COVID restrictions at Rae’s Dayz.
