The February 8th, 2021 monthly HARC meeting was held on the air due to the COVID pandemic. The meeting was called to order by KD7VX at approximately 19:08. The meeting was recorded by KI7CUS. W7JJK was not in attendance due to a work obligation.

A motion was made to adopt January’s meeting minutes by Kevin. Seconded by Ian. Motion approved by unanimous consent.
The January 2020 meeting minutes and Treasurer’s Report were distributed via email by J. Kelso on 2/7/2021.
Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s Report was read at the meeting by NB7O. Ending balance was $2,829.56.

New Business
- A discussion of the new Technical/Training Net and its timing was had by Anna, Whitley, and Dennis. It was decided that the new net would be held on the .78 repeater after the HARC net on Monday evenings.
- AA7DD mentioned that a Club Director’s position was opening up and that we needed to accept nominees for that position. NB7O pointed out that a motion was made and passed by the club membership a few months ago that would keep all officers in their current positions. Dennis suggested that the motion be re-made and voted upon again. Kevin made the motion again, this time specifically including Directors. Don seconded the motion. Motion passed by unanimous consent.
Meeting was adjourned by Whitley at approximately 19:32. Meeting was re-opened by Whitley at 19:37 for consideration of New Business item #2. Meeting was adjourned again at approximately 19:44.
