The November 8th, 2021 monthly HARC meeting was held at the Agape House and called to order by KI7CUS at 19:04.

The October 2021 meeting minutes and Treasurer’s Report were distributed via email by J. Kelso on 9/1/2021.
The October 2021 meeting minutes were read by Dennis M. and the Secretary/Treasurer’s Report was read by Jeff K.
A motion was made by Kevin to adopt the minutes as read. Seconded by Ian. Motion passed.
Ongoing Business
1. The .02 antenna will be swapped out for a painted one during the Spring of 2022. We will also put another coat of paint on the 450 antenna. We will need two climbing harnesses and two people on the tower to swap out the .02 antenna.
2. The Club needs to speak with Sean Halsey of the Radio Data District to see about the possibility of placing the .16 machine on Carney Butte. AA7DD says that Battle Mountain is another possibility for placement of the .16 machine.
3. We are waiting on Morrow County to give us the title to the truck. AA7DD is the lead contact in the effort to get the title from the County.
New Business
- Club breakfast will be at Rayz Dayz at 8AM on Saturday, the 20th of November.
- Nominations for President, VP, and Secretary/Treasurer were taken. Dennis was nominated for President. Anna was also nominated for President. Anna was also nominated for VP. Dennis was nominated for VP. Jeff K was nominated for Secretary. Nominations will be accepted until the beginning of next month’s meeting when voting will take place.
- Christmas Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, December 18th at 6PM at Rayz Dayz. The three dinner possibilities on offer are prime rib, chicken cordon bleu, and a ham dinner, all priced at $24. The club breakfast will not happen on that morning.
- Dennis will cover net control duties for Whitley on the Monday before Thanksgiving and the Monday after Thanksgiving.
