       2.    GSCH update – Alan didn’t have much of an update to report to the club in terms of project activities.  He did hand out a Repeater Frequency Guide for NE Oregon & SE Washington, and he said that he hopes to program those frequencies into the GSCH radio(s).

      3.  Winter FIeld Day – The club has obtained permission from the school district to have Winter Field Day on January 27-28 at the old fairgrounds.

      4.  Club logo update – President Sam says that the embroidery is set up and ready to use.  The embroiderer is Pea Ridge, and they have our club logo.  Club members may purchase club logo apparel from Pea Ridge directly by going to their store or to their website at pearidge.org.  Sam will get a cost estimate on an orange club vest with the club’s logo on it.

     New Business:

  1. Election:  At the previous meeting, Jeff had nominated Sam for President and Anna for Vice-President.  Also at the previous meeting, Sam nominated Jeff as Secretary/Treasurer.  Kevin moved to adopt a unanimous ballot.  Mike seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.

  1. Sam went and gathered the donation from Bob Edwards’ estate and brought it to the meeting.  Sam proposed that members take what they can use, so several did.
