Ongoing Business:
- Dennis provided a solar report to the club.
- Anna reports that she’s emailed people who are listed as having inventory items and is awaiting responses from them to make sure that the items actually exist and are in their possession. Sam noted that the Go-box and extra materials are not listed on the inventory.

New Business:
- Kevin said that he’d like to sign up the HARC as a participant in the Lewis and Clark Trail on the Air event. To participate in the event, you must be a HARC member and must be operating in Oregon at the time of your participation. Jeff made a motion to have Kevin sign up the HARC as a participating club in the event. Todd seconded the motion. Motion passed.
- Kevin notified the club that the Pendleton Round-up Wagon Train will be running again this year at Frog Meadows. Kevin asked that people consider volunteering to be a listener on the .78 repeater in case assistance is needed by the wagon train. The event needs an active listener from June 24-28 and non-active listeners will be needed June 21-30. Kevin recorded a couple of volunteer sign-ups.
- Kevin asked that Anna make testing sessions a recurring “old business” item on each month’s HARC meeting agenda.
