The April 13, 2020 monthly HARC meeting at Agape House was cancelled and was instead held on the .02 repeater due to restrictions put into place by the Governor of Oregon to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The net was convened by Whitley Smith at 19:00.

Treasurer’s Report
KJ7MI read the Treasurer’s Report to the net. Checking account in good standing with a balance of $2,048.83.
Ongoing Business
- Whitley was the only nominee for Board of Directors Position #1. Whitley was unanimously re-elected to that position.
New Business
- Jeff K. proposed via email that the club replace both of the repeaters currently on Sillusi Butte with the ones that we purchased and received last month. Consensus of the members present at the meeting was that the club would go forward with that proposal.
- Don discussed the newly-discovered hole in the roof of the truck. Jeff S. said that he had the required patch materials to fix the roof and would donate them to the cause. Don announced that he would have a work party at his house tomorrow to work on the truck.
- Dennis announced that the club breakfast was cancelled again this month.
- Dennis announced that the FEMA Interoperability Exercise was coming up on Wednesday.
- Ian announced that there was going to be a one-day contest of sorts on the 19th using simplex on 146.52.
- Don announced that there would be a locally-organized NE Oregon ARES SET using 3955 on the 80m band and local repeater frequencies. The date for the exercise is the 18th of April at 9AM. Sunday evening nets are happening at 18:15 on 3955 each week.
