The December 14th, 2020 monthly HARC meeting was held on the air due to the COVID pandemic. The meeting was called to order by KD7VX at 19:00. The recording of the meeting didn’t begin until sometime after the meeting had begun and roll call had been taken. W7JJK was not in attendance due to a work obligation.

A motion was made to adopt November’s meeting minutes by NB7O. Motion approved by unanimous consent.
November 2020 meeting minutes and Treasurer’s Report were distributed via email by J. Kelso on 12/10/2020.
Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s Report was read at the meeting by KI7CUS. Ending balance was $2,657.56
Ongoing Business
- A motion was made by NB7O to unanimously elect the three nominees for Club President (KJ7MI), Vice President (KI7CUS), and Secretary/Treasurer (W7JJK). Seconded by KB7CKJ. No other nominations were made for the positions. Motion was adopted by unanimous consent.
