Our local district ARES Coordinator is our very own Don Drayton, he was appointed in the summer of 2016. Don has held various positions in our club and is always very active. Don has a passion for public safety and is a retired fire chief. He is always encouraging others to volunteer and become part of our HAM community.
ARES Repeaters
Our local ARES repeaters are as follows:
146.7800 with a negative offset and a PL of 67.0hz
145.4900 with a negative offset and a PL of 67.0hz
145.2300 with a negative offset and a PL of 67.0hz (this machine is an RMS Packet machine)
These repeaters are open to all licensed HAMs, but emergency, priority, and ARES traffic must be yielded to upon request.
